Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment account within 10 business days.
- The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

- Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.
- Please make sure you don't include non-our items in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
- If you have any issues with your return, you must contact us within 90 days after your order was first placed.

● Each resin artwork is carefully handmade and takes a lot of time and effort to make it perfectly, ensuring the plant is in the right position of crystal-clear resin, the bubbles are minimized, and the surface is shiny and smooth. Each resin artwork takes about 7-10 days to create. And it would arrive in a box and a blank gift card, ready to be given as a gift.

● As this artwork is handmade, small bubbles and Imperfections might occur, but that is what makes it a unique piece of artwork to own.
● Each plant is unique, their size, color and shape will be slightly different from the pictures.
● There will be a deviation of 1-2mm in the size of handmade pieces. -
Preserve
● Clean with a soft cloth.
● Try to keep out of long exposure to direct sunlight .
● As this product is made from resin, it will eventually turn yellow slowly even if it is not exposed to sunlight. Avoiding sunlight can delay the yellowing process.
