Notes:

  1. After the order has been paid, we needs 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
  2. If it is made to order, it will take some time for the maker to make it, and the processing time will be extended.
  3. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors.
  4. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Lost Packages

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit, we will replace your items if they are still available.
If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. However, if shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
